If you’re driving around Denver, look out for our new Stranahan’s billboards, featuring our new logo, label, and bottle designs.
I had a long layover in Denver today, and the restaurant where I had dinner had Stranahan’s on the menu. I tried to order it, but they were out. But then I know shit about whiskey, so it’s just as well.

If you don’t follow Zachary Johnson on tumblr yet (really, are you serious?), now’s a good time to start.
We just redesigned his page and there are now links to buy prints, originals, and framed show prints.
Also there’s a link to his twitter feed, which is—by far—the funniest single thing on the internet right now.
I don’t own a Zachary Johnson print yet because I can’t decide between “Belgrade,” “City No 3,” and “City Alley.” This is the only reason.
In a completely unrelated note, my birthday is in August.
Reblog if you would buy and proudly display a Made Shop embroidered patch.

One of the Made Shop followers, Daniel Crawford sent me this actual embroidering of our monogram, along with an offer to work together if I ever need a future design embroidered.
Yes please.

The Brothers Bloom original soundtrack album Artwork
I was looking through the Bloom stuff to find something today and realized I had forgotten what an amazing job Marke did on the artwork and layout. Sometimes we work together on different album projects, but since this was my own album, I basically just hired him and turned him loose. The result is a beautiful 18 page digital booklet that comes free with the album if you buy it on iTunes.
It’s a shame we haven’t figured out a better way to view digital album art, and I realized that a lot of people who like The Brothers Bloom have probably never seen this stuff. A couple other pages here.
Yes, this booklet is brilliant. I would pay good American dollars for a physical version.
